Hey Kelly! I am seriously thinking about competing and have no idea where to get started. Got any suggestions on books, websites, etc. to help me get ready. I would like to compete in the summer so I thought if I start now I can slowly but surely get ready for comp. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Many THANKS!

Halloween was good, but i snuck a few peanut butter cups! Shhh! Im bulking! thats my excuse! I need to throw up a few diets on here myself. What gym are you switch to? Maybe sometime we can get to gether and train...i'll put the hurts on you! lol!

I'm really not too sure, I actually snapped my humerus in half at practice in January, very painful!. I'd rather be able to lift then armwrestle so it might take a back seat for a while!

yes, I know what you mean. My sleep is way off also. BTW, someone I know was telling me about a new program at www.eatstopeat.com where they recommend fasting for 24 hours, once a week. Ever heard of this? He was saying its better to have 1 large meal a day then 6 or 7 small ones (for losing weight).
