This exercise is performed while lying on the ground.  The participant forms a 90 degree angle at the waist with their feet straight in the air.  The participant then pushes their legs up bringing their glutes off the ground and squeezes at the top of the motion.
 
Tips: Keep the back flat on the ground.  Squeeze the abdominals at the top of the motion.
