Standing Back Extension with Medicine Ball

Begin the exercise standing while holding a medicine ball at the waist.  With arms fully extended, bend the knees, lowering the medicine ball below them.  Bring the arms upward, straightening the body until the arms are slightly behind the head.  Finish the exercise by arching the back slightly.
 
Tips: Use slow and controlled movements during the exercise.
