| This is my first blog and I am way excited. I am currently training for a triathlon and am enjoying it. I thought that my biggest challenge would be running but instead it is harder for me to swim. It is getting easier this is my third week into this and I have never really trained for anything like this before. All I have ever done in the past is teach classes and train clients so this is a little new having a training schedule like this but I am loving it. :) |

| Rough Spot but Back on The Wagon |

| The last few weeks have been rough and my training has been put on the back burner but it has not effected the difficulty My laps have been increased and the running has gotten easier, My biking is about the same, but I am still confident. I just invested in a jogging stroller and am going to be pushing my children along when I jog when the weather finally warms up. |

| I am still training |

| Yes I am still around, and it has a been a while. My running has been doing very well and now I have come to the conclusion that I am totally addicited to running and love it. I am doing my cycling training and that is going well my swimming was giing me problems and I changed my form and have been gradually improving. I am pretty confident about the triathlon and am excited to finally start training outside it is finally getting warmer. Later |

| Too Cold for any outdoor Fun |

| I have had two obsticles the weather and my husband being out of town, I still have four workouts to accomplish by the end of the week here's hoping I get them done. I am tired of the cold weather and we are supposed to get hit with a winter storm this weekend, I can not wait till the weather gets warmer it will be so much easier to get my running done. My diet has seemed to be on the fits latetly and I am stuggling, right now it is a chocohalic craving for all the valentines candy, I am trying to contain myself I have an event that we are going to tommorow night and I know there will be plenty of treats so I better be careful. | First Day Outside with the kids on the bike |

| Today was interesting. I took the bike outside for the first time since training and took the kids behind in the carrier. It was fun going down hill, but when I turned around I had to procede up hill. I could feel my knees start to burn and I know I have to get past that pain no I did not give up I finished but it was a challenge, my next run will be better I just need to keep going. |

| Can't wait till spring |

| I can't wait till spring and I am so tired of this cold weather. I think I have a bit of spring fever and am looking at purchasing a jogging stroller so when I do my run workouts I can haul around my 80 lbs. of kids, that ought to help my training, I will also be doing the biking with the kids I know they will absolutly love going with me. I have dropped 5 lbs. and 1/2 inch off my waist so that was wonderful and am loving the shrinking of the love handles. |

| A Great Day Today |

| This morning was a great morning. I was able to teach my 20 minute class and run my 20 minutes and swim my 15 and get my strength training in. It was great. I have been working on this for a month and I am seeing results I have lost 3 lbs and 1/2" off my waist I am saying goodbye to my Emma love handles named after my second child. today was great :) |

| Still Trying to recouperate |

| I had a rough start this morning, I had a class to teach and made it through when I finally did get to the gym and battled through the run, I am still tired from being sick so I did a slow jog and decided to go back home and get a nap in. I can tell that I am geting more fit every day and that is great for me. Before having my second baby I was so buff, I taught 4 classes a day and had tons of energy and strength. I think after two and a half years I am finally getting back to that spot before and I feel stronger and feel better even though I was physcally fit I still was not doing what I needed to do to get my full potential, I finally decided to quit whining about what I had wrond and do something about it I tell my clients day after day but yet I did not take my own advice, so I am glad I did. |

| Triathlon training week 2 |

| My training this week has hit a rough spot. I have had the stomach flu for two days and am finally passing it. I am going to do my running and swimming tommorow, and I hope my energy is up for it. My friend who is also doing the tri with me was bummed because she can not dye her hair because of the chlorene and told me after we finish this race we are doing a spa day and I thought that is an awsome reward after working so hard :) |
