| Yah, this site seems great for being able to post lots of stuff. I like that it's more private, too. I also like that it can be easily used to support or build our business. It seems like alot of members on this site are trainers. As for where I'm at with my own training and nutrition......I got a little slack with my nutrition towards the end of summer but have just recently re-comitted myself to my 'quest for a 6 pack....and I don't mean beer' (my new motto, lol). My training is going awesome.....still trying to build mass but focusing on leaning out abit first. TTYL |

| Hey, Pauline :) I'm not sure if you'd remember me....but my user name on bodybuilding.com was 'lorianne' (I deactivated my space about a month ago). I stumbled across this website and so far it looks pretty good to me. Thought it was kinda cool to find you on here. How are you doing? |
