- Rest each muscle only for 48 hours(for good muscle memorization) - Light worm up ( 5 min of cardio and stretch out) - specific goals for specific muscles - Mass Gainer - 1-3 Set - 8-15 reps with max weights possible - Ripper - 5-8 set - Enough weight to perform each set with 20-25 reps
