This is the workout I added.   I like the fact that I can print it out or actually just share it with others and get there feedback. 
 
This workout consists of usually doing a light warm up set and then going as heavy as possible to failure around the 6th rep.   I like to switch it up on different weeks as far as the speed of the movements.  Some weeks, I use super strict form and use a very very slow movement, which really allows me to focus on the movement. On other weeks, I will use a fast movement and just concentrate on moving as much weight was possible.

This is my workout routine I have been doing off and on for the past 2 years.  It seems to work for me and I see results usually after about 30 days.   I added it to this website for two reasons.  1. to test out the new feature of allowing anyone to add there own routine. 2. To allow myself to look back on things, change and tweak things as i go.

Well, I think its good, but then again I may be wrong. I'll write some feedback in about 30 days and let you know. Soon we'll be able to add images, and videos to this workout description so it should be pretty cool for adding before/after shots.
